"Couldn’t Track My Order and the Reminders Were Too Much"
I had no idea where my order was because the tracking never updated. It was frustrating just waiting around with no real information. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Shipping Made the Ink Feel Not Worth It"
I was about to order some ink, but once I saw the shipping cost, I backed out. I always kind of compare the item price to the delivery fee, and in this case the pattern was obvious: small item, surprisingly high shipping, not a great deal. It just felt a bit ridiculous paying that much to have something so tiny sent over. Left me annoyed, and I probably won’t order again unless the shipping changes.

"Felt like pulling teeth to get any updates"
I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates, which was exhausting. It felt like such a waste of energy having to follow up over and over for information that should’ve been shared without me asking...

"Small mix-up, but mostly a good order"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the cartridges was the wrong one. Everything else came as expected, so it wasn’t a huge issue, just a reminder that even small details matter when you’re counting on getting exactly what you ordered

"Delivery really wasn’t reliable"
I ordered thinking it would show up quickly, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected. The delivery updates really didn’t help much either, and I kept checking the tracking only to feel like nothing was actually happening.

I had to follow up on it myself, which was frustrating when I just needed ink and didn’t want the extra hassle. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I really don’t think I’d rely on them again.

I grabbed a couple of compatible cartridges from Ink Depot, but they didn’t really work out for me. One was printing patchy pretty much straight away, and another one my printer just wouldn’t recognise for some reason. Not sure if it was the batch or something on my end, but it was frustrating either way. Maybe others have had better luck, but I probably won’t buy those ones again

"Wish I’d ordered somewhere else"
I ordered thinking it would show up fairly quickly, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. The worst part was there weren’t really any clear updates, so I was just stuck waiting and wondering what was going on. The prices might be decent, but I kind of regret buying from here. If you need ink anytime soon, I wouldn’t count on it based on my experience.

"It didn’t work with my printer"
I know it said this cartridge was compatible, but my printer just wouldn’t accept it. I double-checked everything, so it’s not like I installed it wrong or missed something obvious. It simply didn’t fit/work the way it was supposed to.

I got an email about a promo and figured I’d save a decent amount, but once I got to checkout, the discount barely made a difference 😕 I still went ahead and bought the ink, but it felt a bit misleading tbh. I just wish the deals were clearer upfront.

I figured the reorder button would just pull up my last order and make everything easy, since that’s usually how these things work. But it barely helped, and I still had to click around way more than I assumed I would.

I was just trying to order some ink, but the checkout kept freezing on me and then my whole cart disappeared. I had to start over twice, which was incredibly frustrating. it feels like the site works when it wants to. I ended up giving up because it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

I bought this thinking the cartridge would last a decent amount of time, but it ran out way sooner than I expected?! I don’t print a ton, mostly basic documents here and there, so I was surprised. The print quality was fine, but the yield just didn’t feel like it matched what I thought I was getting

"Stock info could be better"
I’ve ordered a couple of times now, and while the site is easy enough to use, I’ve had the same issue both times: I paid for items that later turned out to be out of stock. It’s a bit frustrating because I do like the selection, but the stock info just doesn’t feel reliable.

"Website was kind of a hassle to use"
I was trying to order some ink, and the site just felt a little clunky. The search results didn’t always bring up what I thought they would, and comparing cartridges was more confusing than it needed to be. The pages loaded fine, well, mostly fine, but the layout feels dated, and I had to click around way too much to find the right product. Checkout did work in the end, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience

"Am I the only one who couldn’t get a proper reply?"
Am I the only one who finds it frustrating when you place an order, have a quick question right after, and then support just goes quiet? I emailed inkdepot.com.au thinking it would be a simple thing to sort out.
Days went by with no reply, so I tried the contact form as well. What came back, if anything, wasn’t really helpful and made me feel like I was talking to a wall.
I understand businesses get busy, but a basic response doesn’t feel like too much to ask. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’d use them again if this is what their support is like.

"Refund took forever"
I had a frustrating time trying to return my order. The return instructions wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to check back and figure out what was actually going on. It felt like I was just sitting around waiting with no real update from anyone.
The refund took way longer than I expected too, which was really annoying. I get that these things can take a few days, but the whole process feel messy and unorganized. I probably won’t order again if there’s even a small chance I might need to return something...

I first raised the problem a while ago, and even after chasing it up twice, it still hasn’t been fixed. I was hoping it would be a quick thing to sort, especially since I’ve had a lot going on and didn’t really want to keep following up, but nothing has changed so far.
